On Monday, July 13, 2009, nineteen (19) entrants will be selected at random from among all eligible entries and declared the "Winners." The Winners will be contacted by telephone on or about Monday, July 13, 2009.
The Winners will receive four (4) tickets to see Universoul Circus on either Tuesday, July 14, 2009 or Wednesday, July 15, 2009, 7:30p.m. at Lafayette Square Mall.
Indiana's 4 / Universoul Circus Sweepstakes Official Rules
1. To Enter: No Purchase Necessary; must be at least eighteen (18) years old and a legal resident of Indiana residing within WTTV-TV's viewing area at the time of entry. To enter, beginning on Monday June 29, 2009 at 5:00am ET and ending on Friday, July 10, 2009 11:59pm ET, log onto the Contest section of www.indianas4.com and fully complete and submit an official entry form.
Sponsor (as defined below) will not be responsible for any difficulties establishing Internet connections or logging on to the Contest page, unavailability of servers or any other technical malfunction that may interfere with an entrant's ability to enter. Only one (1) entry per household. Multiple entries from a single household will disqualify all entries from that household. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of an entrant, the owner of the Internet account through which the entry was made shall be considered the entrant. Entries sent with attachments shall be disqualified. Eligible entries must have all information completely filled in.
2. Deadline: Entries may be submitted from Monday, June 29, 2009 at 5:00a.m. ET until 11:59 p.m. ET on Friday, July 10, 2009 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
3. Winner Selection and Notification: On Monday, July 13, 2009, nineteen (19) entrants will be selected at random from among all eligible entries and declared the "Winners," subject to eligibility confirmation and compliance with these rules. The Winners will be contacted by telephone on or about Monday, July 13, 2009. If a selected winner cannot be reached after reasonable efforts, is disqualified, or found to be ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected at random from among the remaining eligible entries until an eligible winner is selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
4. The Prize: The Winners will receive four (4) tickets to see Universoul Circus on either Tuesday, July 14, 2009 or Wednesday, July 15, 2009, 7:30p.m. at Lafayette Square Mall. ARV: $66.00.
5. Winners may be required to claim the Prize in person at the studio of WTTV Indiana's 4 (the "Sponsor"), 6910 Network Place, Indianapolis, IN, 46278, during regular business hours, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Winner may be required to present proof of identity and eligibility before the Prize is delivered.
6. Eligibility Restrictions: This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years old and a legal resident of Indiana residing within WTTV-TV's viewing area at the time of entry. Employees of WTTV-TV Indiana's 4, Tribune Television Company, and their parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, and the immediate family members of such employees, are not eligible. Entrants who have won any prize from Sponsor within the thirty (30) days before the Sweepstakes begins are ineligible. Federal, state, and local taxes, if any, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
7. Conditions of Entry: By entering, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation, to Sponsor and its agents and licensees, to use the entrant's name, voice, photograph, likeness and biographical material for broadcast and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised. By entering, each entrant agrees that if selected as a winner, he/she may be required to provide acceptable proof of age, identity and residence, and to sign a release and waiver of liability as a condition of receiving the Prize. Failure to provide acceptable proof of identity, age and residence or to execute the prepared form of release and waiver may result in disqualification. By entering, each entrant agrees to release Sponsor from any claim, loss, liability, damage or injury of any kind arising from the entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of a prize. No substitute prizes are available; however, Sponsor may, at its discretion, substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and by entering, agree that all decisions regarding eligibility, the administration of this Sweepstakes, and the award of Sweepstakes prizes made by the Sponsor shall be final and binding.
8. Internet: If for any reason, the Internet-related portion of this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause which corrupts or threatens the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion of the Sweepstakes. ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION. Sweepstakes shall be governed and enforced pursuant to Indiana law, excluding choice of law provisions.
9. Winners List: For a list of winners or a copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Indiana's 4 / Universoul Circus Sweepstakes, 6910 Network Place Indianapolis, IN 46278. All requests must be mailed separately and received no later than one (1) week after the end of the Sweepstakes.
